True Flow Filtration was built by two friends who have known each other for more than a decade and who came to clean water the same way most families do, by living it first.
Michael spent his career in data center operations, where he ran the customer side of a business that could never afford to go down. He learned there that the job is not the equipment, it is the person waiting on the other end of the call. Michael grew up with very little, and that shaped how he thinks about this business: clean water should not be something only some households get to have. After a long career inside corporate walls, he wanted to build something he could stand behind and hand down to his family. He is a husband and a father, and he is the one making sure every install is done right and every customer is taken care of long after the truck pulls away.
Sigil is a Texas A&M trained electrical engineer who has spent his career building and running businesses across manufacturing, distribution, construction, and commercial real estate. Years ago a health scare in his family sent him and his wife looking for answers, and the first thing they changed was their water. What started there turned into a whole way of living, from the food on their table to the air in their home. Sigil brings the operating discipline of someone who has built companies from the ground up, and the conviction of someone whose own family felt the difference. Clean water is not a product line to him, it is where the change started.
Together they serve homeowners across Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding communities with water treatment built around a single question: would we put this in our own home?
